I had an excellent end-to-end experience with Atlas for my international move from Zurich to Dubai.
Tim came for the initial house inspection to prepare the quote — he was professional, friendly, and very thorough. The quote itself was competitive and clear. Throughout the process, Shefali followed up closely, keeping everything on track and making sure I was always informed.
The Swiss crew who came to disassemble and pack the furniture were outstanding: super courteous, respectful, and extremely careful. Everything was packed methodically and safely, with great attention to detail.
International moves can be very stressful, but Atlas made this complicated move feel simple. I always felt that everything was handled properly and fully under control. Highly recommended.

Atlas helped us with relocation overseas. Overall it was a very positive experience. The team was super efficient, the communication was very clear, timely and friendly. Pricing in this industry is very tricky and for a novice it is a minefield. Atlas wad very open and transparent. In the end they turned the most competitive. I’d highly recommend them.

I moved household boxes and a car from the US to Switzerland; which was incredibly daunting with import/export processes and paperwork. I spoke to several moving companies that were late to their meetings to discuss moving needs or didn't give me confidence that they could get the job done. If you are dealing with a country move you will be dealing with multiple moving companies that have contracts with each other which again can lead to communication and accountability issues. Atlas was the only company that did not raise any red flags. Their paperwork and processes were thorough and they communicated very well. Shipping took about 4 to 5 weeks and everything made it to the destination safely. They were pricier than the cheapest option but I believe it was worth it for peace of mind.

Atlas took care of my move from Zürich to Paris. I was particularly concerned because I have fragile furniture with many parts made of glass and stone that had been badly damaged in a previous relocation. Tim and Jennifer were immensely helpful throughout the process and made sure that everything was tailored to my needs. The crew that did the actual move was careful and efficient. Overall, everything went very smoothly and my belongings all arrived in good shape.

We relocated from the Netherlands to Switzerland. Jennifer from Atlas was very clear in her communication regarding timelines, which documents were needed and what actions were required from our side. This made the process of moving to a new country so much easier. The delivery of our goods went fast and on time. The movers were extremely friendly and took excellent care of our belongings. All our furniture, etc., was put in place, and they took away plastics/cardboard, and other materials so that we could move into our new home straight away. I would definitely recommend Atlas if you value a smooth transition to a new country!

We relocated from holland to zurich and this was made smooth and easy with the help of Atlas. All preparation and required documents were communicated clearly and ahead of time and Jennifer was available for any questions/ support in the preparation. The movers arrived on time, were super friendly, quick and efficient and handled our furniture with care.

We had a fantastic experience with Atlas Movers. The three staff members who packed up our flat were outstanding – friendly, considerate, and extremely careful with all our belongings. They worked efficiently but always with a personal touch, which made a rather stressful event feel surprisingly comfortable. Their sales and support teams (John and Stephanie) remained genuinely helpful, even after all payments were completed and I had left Switzerland, continuing to work with their overseas partner. The friendliness and competence of the movers turned what could have been a highly stressful day into a much smoother experience.
While there were a few minor packing mishaps, they were insignificant in the bigger picture. Biosecurity-sensitive items were not clearly labeled or set aside for convenient inspection, but Atlas promptly offered to cover any additional costs resulting from this mishap.
Based on my knowledge, experience, and what I’ve heard about how the international moving industry operates — often plagued by untrustworthy providers — Atlas stands out as one of the best globally.

After 31 years in Switzerland, I recently moved back to the US after my husband's unexpected passing to live near our daughters and sons-in-law. It was a very emotional move, as well as difficult because I had so much stuff, including lots of fragile items, and needed a 40-ft high cube container. Stephanie and John went above and beyond in assisting me through the move from the planning stages to unpacking boxes in New York. They gave excellent advice and suggestions on all aspects of the overseas move and were incredibly patient with and supportive of my endless questions and concerns, always answering in a friendly, kind, and helpful manner. I could not have survived this move in one piece without having their professional and caring presence throughout the months-long process. The packing and moving team in Switzerland did a fantastic job of carefully wrapping our furniture, household items, and personal belongings and cheerfully accomodated any special requests. On the US side, Kirsten also was very helpful and kind in, for instance, arranging a shuttle delivery of the container's contents. From first contact with Atlas, the administration and the crew was super professional, effective and incredibly service minded people. A 40 ccm load was brought from Norway to Switzerland, delivered, unpacked and assembled. Paintings, mirrors TV´s and lamps hung and all packaging removed. Atlas moved a small household from Norway to Switzerland for us, and everything went well. The communication during the planning was friendly and helpful, although there was a lot of back and forth via email. The moving crew was very careful.

I have contracted my move from Switzerland to UAE with Atlas and I am happy with the professionalism, both during the offer offering all kinds of information, also answering questions by email almost immediately as well as the care with which the movers treated our belongings and left the apartment. Everything has been easy with Atlas!! In addition, the price makes them very competitive compared to other companies.

I chose Atlas from several offers for my move. The team was helpful from A to Z, extremely professional and worked incredibly hard. They were certainly not the cheapest (price/performance was still excellent) out of all the offers, but there were no hidden costs afterwards. John and Stephanie took wonderful care of me and my house and would recommend them to anyone!

I had a fabulous experience with this company, moving from the other side of the world to Switzerland. Let’s just say, the coordinator basically ’held my hand’ , communicated regularly throughout a potentially very stressful situation and made it go totally smoothly, thank you SO much !

Absolutely professional and personal service from start to finish. I had a big move (for me) from Switzerland to Uk and they ably guided me through everything. In particular, the level of detail and care put into packing all my personal possessions was astounding. If you need help with a move, look no further than Atlas, I would not hesitate to use them again.

Great experience working with John and Nicole from Atlas for my move from Sweden to the USA.
When I started looking for a mover it took me about a year before I finally nailed down a time for the move. Whenever I had questions John explained the process well and, whenever I wanted a new quote he always responded to me quickly with updates. After I finally booked the move with Atlas, Nicole took over and guided me through the whole process. She kept me updated with all the dates, from pickup, to loading, to ship sailing, arrival, etc. When the quantity of stuff ended up being higher than initial estimate, they quickly issued a refund for the overage, and fixed an issue with wire transfer. When my things arrived, some items were lost in transit. After reaching out to their partners with no luck, Nicole helped me file an insurance claim and that was also quickly approved and paid out without any hassle.
Throughout the process I really appreciate how Nicole kept me updated every step of the way without me ever needing to ask her. More than a few times I would wonder about the status, and I’d get an email from her the same day or next with a current update as if she read my mind. Moving is always stressful but she made it so I never worried about it. Despite some issues with the move, they were very good with resolving the issue quickly. Overall John and Nicole at Atlas made my move very easy and stress-free. I’d definitely recommend them. If for some reason the political climate takes a turn for the worse and I need to leave the country, I’ll definitely reach out to them again!

Great company,very reliable.
The only one that I could find to move my stuff from Switzerland to the Cayman Islands,without creating lots of difficulties because they alleged that is an exotic location
They disassembled whatever was needed,packed everything very well protected and efficiently.
After less than three weeks we have it delivered to our place,assembled and in perfect condition.
Price was fair and competitive
Hope I don’t have to move again soon,but if I do have, I know the company to use.
