Atlas International Movers are seeking a motivated Sales Consultant to join our dynamic international moving team in Switzerland based in Eastern Switzerland. In this role, you will assist private and corporate clients with global relocations—offering tailored moving solutions and ensuring exceptional customer experiences. You’ll receive hands-on training from experienced consultants, develop strong sales and communication skills in an international logistics environment, and play a key role in our company’s continued growth.
Your Responsibilities
- Advise and assist clients in choosing the right moving and relocation services for their individual needs.
- Respond promptly to incoming inquiries (phone, email, online) and follow up with potential customers.
- Conduct on-site and virtual surveys and prepare detailed quotations and pricing.
- Create proposals and shipping documentation in coordination with the operations team.
- Maintain accurate client and sales records in the company’s CRM system.
- Suggest ideas to enhance customer satisfaction and streamline internal processes.
- Identify opportunities to cross-sell additional services within the Atlas network.
Your Profile
- Initial experience or strong interest in sales, logistics, or customer service (experience in the moving or relocation industry is an advantage).
- Fluent in English; German proficiency and any other language is a plus.
- Professional, customer-oriented, and detail-focused mindset.
- Excellent organizational skills, with a proactive and solution-driven attitude.
- Strong communication skills and confident working with Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
- Based in or around Zurich area
- Valid Category B driving licence.
- Swiss work permit or EU/EFTA citizenship required.
