Working in a 35 °C European heatwave is extremely demanding.

Inside shipping containers during loading and unloading, it can be 10–20 °C hotter than outside, often reaching 45–55 °C+! Like working in an oven!

At this level, fatigue builds quickly and heavy physical work becomes significantly more challenging.

What helps:

🚛 Using the outside lift/elevator whenever possible

💧 Constant hydration

⏸️ Frequent short breaks

👕 Changing sweat-soaked clothes
