The move went smoothly:
- Safe, which wasn't always easy with a strong wind at sea. They took their time finding the best and safest location for the lift.
- Careful handling of the furniture.
- Friendly and attentive to our wishes.
In short: highly recommended!

All is good until you have to use their insurance: All of a sudden their speed and great service goes from 100 to zero. You have to follow-up constantly. When you press them they finally offer a ridiculous settlement (1/3rd of the insured value!!!). After pushing back I got the Managing Director offering half of the amount I had the articles insured for. It's a total non-sense: You pay the insurance premium based on the value that you declare, you show invoices fully supporting your claim and then they arbitrarily pay 1/3rd of 1/2 of that. So watch out, they are not the most expensive, but they get their money back with the insurance.

Atlas has been an outstanding partner throughout my move. The team was punctual, exceptionally organised, and demonstrated impressive flexibility. I especially want to commend Neils, Mark, Fabio, and the rest of the staff assigned to my move—they were fantastic. My relocation involved three days of pre-packing and moving, as well as a period of storage, and everything was handled flawlessly. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

Great team and would strongly recommend. I found the Atlas team to be ‘on the ball’ throughout the entire process from intro calls to online viewing to documentation and delivery. No negative surprises. I am very impressed with the entire service they provided.

Atlas provided clear information throughout the process, whether it was providing quotes, scheduling dates, or asking for documents. When I had a delay moving in, they had no problem adjusting the schedule for delivery. The delivery team was polite, efficient and careful.
I didn’t give five stars because I found the company they contracted for packing on the Singapore end had inconsistent packing skills - some of them packed pretty well, while others wasted a lot of space in boxes, and packed things in rather chaotically.

We were very happy with our move from Amsterdam to the UK. Atlas looked after everything from end to end. Once we’d confirmed the booking it all worked well. The packing team were very efficient and looked after our belongings. Martijn who delivered managed to navigated the truck down a tight country lane way which was excellent. Throughout Thekla kept us informed and was on hand to answer our questions.

We’d had an initial misunderstanding on the cost which was frustrating. However mistakes happen and the final cost we paid was in line with the other quotes we got. It was fair value.

In short, our stuff was packed and arrived safely, nothing broke or was damaged in transit and it all happened on the time that communicated. That’s what I’d hope for and we’d happily use Atlas again! And while they didn’t relocate our pets they were very kind with them hence the picture.

From the first phone call to the final delivery of my furniture I experienced a professional and well organised moving company. Throughout they were always happy to help me with questions, reviewing packing lists, assisting with additional queries, and supporting the stressful process of moving. On arrival of my furniture the truck was faced with the challenge of fitting into a very small side road and manoeuvring the truck in the difficult mountain terrain, certainly managed very well and partners supporting the offload were professional and kind. I would certainly recommend Atlas and will contact them again for my next move.

We moved from the Netherlands to the US (Ohio) using Atlas. The experience was good; communication was clear and delivery was faster than we originally expected. Note that Atlas was not the cheapest option; we had solicited multiple quotations and Atlas was more expensive than two other companies. Nevertheless, we were pleased that we selected Atlas.

I move every 3–4 years and have worked with over 10 moving companies internationally — this was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had. Atlas Movers was not only the most expensive, but also the most careless.

They used regular tape instead of removable tape, leaving sticky residue on almost all my furniture, which I had to clean off myself.

Even worse, two out of three fragile items were destroyed and not replaced despite clear packing mistakes!

Also despite multiple reminders if they have all the documents needed to cross boarders, the day of the move multiple documents needed to be send within seconds they were at the boarder creating a mayor panic.

For a company that charges premium rates, the lack of professionalism and care was shocking.

Atlas moved our family from the Netherlands to Brunei. From the first encounter, we found them professional, responsive and friendly. They were able to answer all our questions in a timely manor and the team of packers made every effort in going beyond our expectations.

I moved 5 times with Atlas within Europe over the course of the last 11 years. Every move has always been very professional and smooth. From the offering to planning, from the packing to the help in the storage and the unloading. Colleagues between departments communicate with each other and are willing to think beyond their own tasks to ensure our end-to-end move is as relaxed as it can be.

I moved to and from the US with Atlas. Both times were great. The move to the US was easy enough (small household, flexible dates). The move back was not, with very specific dates and a large move. The Atlas team and its US partner did a remarkable job from quote to packing to shipping to customs to delivery to offloading and assembling. Nothing was damaged. Everything was well cared for. The crew was responsive to last minute changes, even if it involved hauling heavy pieces across floors. Above all, the communication was spot-on. This isn't an easy or cheap thing to do, but Atlas destressed the process and delivered value for money every step of the way.

Great packaging and moving services. My boxes looks exactly the same as I depart three months ago. Every box safely arrived from Kuala Lumpur to Rotterdam. I recommend improving on the tracking system. The moving team so helpful. I ask their favour to store some of the boxes in the storage located 2km away from my house. And they did help me. I have just moved from the UK to the Netherlands. Whole process was relatively straight forward. Good and clear communication. Some paperwork to fill out as is to be expected. The UK team were super friendly, helpful and thorough in packing all my belongings. It was stored for a month and then arranging delivery was again easy. The guys who delivered all my stuff were again professional, friendly and helpful. Overall a positive experience, just a bit more expensive than I would have liked. But then good service is not cheap.

Horrible company, stay away if you value your belongings. They will damage them and then refuse to compensate you for it. Do make sure to take photos of all your items on the day of the move right before they take them, and right when they bring them to your new place. All angles. And also don't forget to take video of how they carelessly damage your items. Wouldn't trust them to move anything of value that I am not ready to throw away and buy a new item myself.
